Is there a monthly fee?

No. JustShyp is pay per shipment from a prepaid wallet. Each successful ship debits freight, 18% GST and any COD charge, and a cancel refunds what was taken.

Which couriers can I ship with?

Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Ekart, Shadowfax, Amazon Shipping are live today. You see every active courier that serves the lane, minus any you exclude with your own rules.

Which stores and order systems connect?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, EasyEcom, Unicommerce. Synced orders land in the same ship queue as manual orders. Anything else can push orders through the v3 API.

How are COD orders charged and remitted?

The COD charge is the higher of a fixed handling fee and a percentage of the collectable amount. Collected COD is remitted on your account's remittance cycle, and you can request Early COD for a faster cycle.

What happens on RTO or a weight dispute?

An RTO posts RTO freight to the wallet and returns the COD charge. For weight disputes you can accept the courier's weight, which reprices the delta, or raise a dispute with images.

Can my developers ship without the dashboard?

Yes. The v3 API uses an access token from your account and runs the same create, ship, track, cancel and NDR services as the dashboard.
