Bulk operations
Bulk ship, bulk labels and bulk invoices are stored as operations with per-row results. Large drops run in the background so the dashboard never blocks.
Pickup and manifest
Pickup requests and manifests group by courier and warehouse. Where the carrier supports it, JustShyp pushes pickup, manifest and label generation for you.
NDR queue
Initiated, RTO and closed. Reattempt, RTO, or update phone and address — the action persists, then goes to the carrier.
Rate cards
Zones, volumetric slabs, COD as max(fixed handling, % of collectable), RTO with forward fallback, and 18% GST. Seller overrides beat the plan default.
Wallet ledger
Ship, cancel refund, RTO freight, COD charge refund and extra-weight accept all post named entries. Recharge online when you need more float.
Warehouses
Seller-owned pickup locations, with a default used when an order omits one. Serviceability checks both the pickup and the drop pincode.
Channels and account
Store channels connect and sync. KYC, company, banks, sessions and API keys live under one account — the same seller the v3 token belongs to.
